You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is current and accurate. Any changes to your personal information must be updated in your account settings immediately.

old4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
You must deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. old4d reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified bank account in your name. For security reasons, old4d may require additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests.
old4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.
Before withdrawing, you must meet all applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds and bonuses. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and cancellation of the withdrawal request.
old4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may freeze accounts pending investigation. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Users suspected of using old4d services for money laundering will have their accounts permanently closed and relevant authorities notified.
old4d offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiration dates, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in bets before withdrawal.
old4d reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited bonus abuse tactics include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, betting patterns designed to guarantee profit while clearing wagering requirements, collusion with other players, and exploiting software errors or glitches.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and are forfeited if you attempt to withdraw before completing wagering requirements. Standard terms apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing sports body. old4d reserves the right to void bets if a match is abandoned, postponed, or if match-fixing is suspected. Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during periods of high action or if technical issues arise.
Maximum stake limits apply to all bets and vary by sport, market, and account status. old4d reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect coordinated betting activity or exploitation of odds errors.
All slot games, live dealer games, and other casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. old4d does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees for individual sessions.
Lottery services including togel (4D, 3D, 2D number draws) operate according to published draw schedules and payout tables. Results are determined by certified random selection systems. old4d is not responsible for errors in result display, but will honor the official result recorded in our system.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

All content on the old4d platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the property of old4d or our licensed providers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any old4d content without explicit written permission.
The old4d name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited and may result in legal action.
old4d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of game outcomes beyond RNG certification.
old4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes losses resulting from service interruptions, software errors, unauthorized account access (if you failed to maintain password security), or third-party payment processor delays.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to old4d services is limited to the amount you deposited in the 90 days prior to the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is less.
old4d is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to understand betting rules, game mechanics, or bonus terms. You are responsible for reading and understanding all rules before placing bets or accepting bonuses.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding old4d services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat or email. We will investigate all complaints and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to pursue legal action in court or participate in class action lawsuits against old4d. All disputes must be resolved individually through arbitration.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements will have bonus funds forfeited upon closure.
old4d reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe:
Upon termination for cause, any funds obtained through fraudulent means or rule violations will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds will be returned to your original deposit source, minus any applicable fees or charges.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which old4d holds its operating license. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
